Lead the development and execution of technical programs within Amazon Freight, focusing on building new network capabilities, shipper-facing features, and scientific optimization.

Drive foundational projects across shipment execution (quoting, booking, carrier workflows, shipper signals), trailer operations (pool management, equipment assignment), and scheduling/optimization (shipper scheduling, demand shaping, cancellations).

Contribute to cost, demand, and volume planning initiatives, including cost prediction and forecasting.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring successful program delivery.

Manage programs across multiple functional teams, establish robust processes, and coordinate release schedules to meet business objectives.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management is required.

Additionally, you should have 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams and 3+ years in software development.

Demonstrated experience managing complex programs across cross-functional teams, including building effective processes and coordinating release schedules, is essential.

Possess strong business judgment, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, data-driven environments.
