This role is crucial for our Infrastructure Supply Chain and Manufacturing (ISM) Product Operations team, which is driving an AI-first strategy to digitize and automate product operations. Partner closely with engineering and product development teams to grasp intricate business requirements. Collaborate with managers across various functions to devise solutions that perfectly align with their unique operational processes.

Analyze manufacturing data and other pertinent sources to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and pinpoint opportunities for optimization. Craft clear, insightful reports that effectively communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain intuitive, robust products offering real-time insights into operational metrics. Implement proactive alerts to notify management of any emerging issues before they escalate.

Proactively seek out and implement opportunities to automate manual processes and workflows. Work with relevant teams to build tools and scripts that streamline operations and boost overall efficiency.

Translate complex technical and engineering challenges into easily digestible summaries for management and cross-functional teams. Foster seamless communication and ensure tight coordination across all involved parties.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience is required. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management.

Candidates should possess experience in data warehouse design and exploratory data analysis. Familiarity with the hardware manufacturing test industry and business operations is essential. Experience with F1-SQL and AI/Machine Learning is also a key requirement.

Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Strong experience in architecting data engineering, data warehousing, data analytics, business intelligence, visualization, and complex data solutions using SQL and Python is highly valued. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and full-stack development using Angular and JavaScript, are considered advantageous.
