Partner closely with engineering and product development teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions. Analyze manufacturing and other critical data sources to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and pinpoint optimization opportunities.

Develop and maintain user-friendly products that offer real-time visibility into key operational metrics. Implement proactive alerting systems to preemptively notify management of potential issues.

Spearhead the automation of manual processes and workflows by collaborating with relevant teams to create tools and scripts. Facilitate clear and concise communication of complex technical and engineering challenges to management and cross-functional partners, ensuring tight project coordination.

A technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of program management experience.

Demonstrated experience in data warehouse design, exploratory data analysis, and familiarity with hardware manufacturing test industries and business operations are essential. Proficiency with F1-SQL and AI/Machine Learning is also a key requirement.

Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects and extensive experience in architecting data engineering, data warehousing, and data analytics solutions using SQL and Python. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and full stack development using Angular and Javascript, are advantageous.
