Your ability to articulate team analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, alongside discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers, will be crucial.

Drive the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives within a designated domain or product area.

Lead programs employing agile methodologies, demonstrating a deep understanding of Agile ceremonies and fostering the adoption and maturation of these practices within software teams to enhance efficiency.

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across various teams to ensure project alignment and secure essential buy-in.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in program management.

Candidates with 5 years of experience in technical program management, particularly in coordinating large cross-organizational technical programs, are preferred.

Demonstrated experience managing the unique complexities and fast-paced lifecycle of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) software development projects is highly valued.

Expertise in leading Agile transformations, with a proven history of coaching and upskilling less mature engineering teams in Agile delivery and ceremonies, is a significant advantage.
