Take ownership of planning and executing intricate, cross-functional engineering projects within specific domains or product areas. Lead programs utilizing agile methodologies, actively promoting and refining agile practices to boost team efficiency. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to foster project alignment and secure buy-in. Apply sound judgment to manage project planning, scheduling, execution, and communication, building consensus. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is essential.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in program management is required.

Preferred qualifications include 5 years of technical program management experience, particularly with large, cross-organizational technical programs. Experience managing AI and ML software development projects, leading Agile transformations, and possessing strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are highly valued. Familiarity with core program management fundamentals on technical projects is also beneficial.
