A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in program management.

Demonstrated expertise in coordinating large, cross-organizational technical programs is preferred, ideally with 5 years of experience in technical program management.

Experience managing the unique complexities and fast-paced lifecycle of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) software development projects is highly valued.

Proven ability to lead Agile transformations, including coaching and upskilling engineering teams in Agile delivery and ceremonies.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical groups.

Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational capabilities are critical for success.

Solid understanding of program management fundamentals for technical cross-functional projects, including planning, execution, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder management.
