As an AI Solution PM, Compliance Automation, you will be responsible for:

- Owning the program execution for AI-enabled Digital Asset review capabilities, encompassing performance monitoring, issue resolution, quality planning, and operational readiness. - Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to measure agent effectiveness, accuracy, and customer experience. - Partnering with risk experts to translate emerging risks and policy changes into clear business requirements and prioritized improvement plans. - Identifying and evaluating new AI and automation opportunities across the digital asset review lifecycle, developing compelling proof cases. - Coordinating cross-functional efforts with engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of improvements. - Driving data-informed prioritization by analyzing performance trends and recommending enhancements for increased coverage and quality. - Supporting the design and planning of AI-enabled features, ensuring alignment with privacy, security, and Responsible AI principles. - Developing and managing rollout plans for agent enhancements, including testing, validation, and operational handoff. - Creating clear documentation and stakeholder-ready narratives detailing agent performance, risks, and business impact. - Contributing to best practices in compliance automation program management.

We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in program management, data-driven decision-making, and technical judgment. The role demands the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.

Key qualifications include:

- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management, or similar) AND at least 4 years of experience in technical program management, product/program management, compliance technology, automation, or operations. Equivalent experience will also be considered. - Proven experience managing cross-functional technical programs, from requirements definition to execution and stakeholder communication. - Proficiency in leveraging data, metrics, and KPIs to assess performance and drive improvements. - Experience working with AI, automation tools, compliance systems, or technology-enabled operations. - Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous inputs into clear business requirements and actionable plans. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical and compliance concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred qualifications include experience with AI agents, machine learning evaluation, prompt quality assessment, model performance monitoring, automated testing, compliance functions, governance, risk management, developing proof-of-concept work, and familiarity with reporting and workflow tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, or Azure DevOps.
