We are seeking talented individuals to join our technology hub in Pune, India. This state-of-the-art environment cultivates a collaborative and Agile engineering culture. You will be instrumental in transforming the B2B payment space, driving standardization, automation, and optimization for digital payment efficiency for both buyers and sellers.
Key responsibilities include partnering with engineering teams to develop world-class microservices and web applications. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end delivery of engineering work, managing project schedules, identifying and resolving blocking issues, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. For specific roles, responsibilities may extend to acting as a Release Train Engineer for SAFe Agile Trains, managing complex initiatives, developing junior team members, and consulting on new products and processes.
This involves proactively managing the delivery lifecycle, building integrated project schedules, negotiating feature priorities, and collaborating with engineering managers to set milestones and optimize execution. Effective communication, including clear articulation of scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigations, is essential. You will also be responsible for running effective meetings and ensuring timely and accurate project status delivery to the appropriate audiences.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field, with up to 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management. Demonstrated experience in planning and project management, including working on large-scale, multi-scrum team projects, is highly valued. Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies is preferred.
Essential skills include advanced communication (writing, listening, verbal), strong leadership, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships. Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Jira, and Rally is required. For some roles, experience with Cloud Providers like AWS and Azure, PMP certification, and the ability to explain technical problems clearly and concisely are beneficial. A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach are key attributes for success.
