Collaborate with internal and cross-functional networking teams to define strategic initiatives for network infrastructure in Asia, focusing on expansion and cost efficiency. Perform data-driven analysis to create robust network topology plans. Present network strategies for stakeholder approval, managing projects from short-term augments to long-term regional plans. Oversee the execution of approved network plans, working with internal contributors and vendor managers to ensure timely delivery. Partner with teams to enhance business processes, enabling automation, reducing lead times, and managing changes effectively.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required. Demonstrate 5 years of experience in technical project or program management. Possess 5 years of experience specifically in optical network design and capacity planning. Proven experience in optical network design and traffic simulations is essential. Preferred candidates will have experience in networking program management, delivering infrastructure assets, and vendor management, along with data visualization skills.
