NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner to drive innovative Salesforce initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping product vision, managing the backlog, and leading Agile delivery teams to achieve business outcomes. Define and communicate the delivery vision, product goals, and roadmap for Salesforce projects. Translate business needs into detailed product backlogs, prioritizing effectively based on value and dependencies. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, acting as Scrum Master to ensure smooth sprint execution. Coordinate day-to-day activities of development, QA, and integration teams, removing impediments and ensuring timely decision-making. Partner with QA to establish acceptance strategies and manage project plans, milestones, and risks.

Lead cross-functional stakeholder discussions, manage competing priorities, and maintain alignment between business and technology. Oversee release planning, change management, and transition to operations. Leverage AI tools for backlog analysis, story drafting, and risk identification, ensuring human oversight for critical decisions and validation.

Requires a minimum of five years of experience in technical product ownership, Agile delivery, project management, or Scrum leadership. Demonstrated success in managing technology teams through complex enterprise deliveries. Strong command of Agile and Scrum practices, including backlog management, estimation, and release planning. Proven project management skills encompassing scope, schedule, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Excellent people management, team leadership, communication, facilitation, and risk management capabilities are essential.

While not strictly required, experience with Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), Salesforce DevOps tools, and AI-assisted product management is highly preferred. Relevant certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CSM, PSM, PMP, or SAFe are advantageous. Experience in regulated environments and with hybrid Agile delivery models is a plus.
