As a Technical Product Manager, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business objectives and engineering execution. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the technical direction of products, ensuring seamless implementation, and driving innovation.

Define and drive the technical product roadmap in collaboration with engineering teams. Manage and prioritize the product backlog using tools like Rally or Jira. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories. Partner closely with Agile teams throughout the sprint planning and delivery cycles. Oversee system integrations to ensure compatibility and functionality. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to uphold rigorous quality standards. Clarify technical challenges, negotiate trade-offs, and ensure solutions meet customer needs and usability expectations.

Possess a graduate degree or equivalent practical experience. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager. Demonstrate success in navigating global, cross-functional environments and driving initiatives across multiple business units. Exhibit deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices. Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and tools such as Figma is beneficial. Maintain a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. Proficiency in using Rally and Aha! for planning and tracking is essential. Showcase excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Proven ability to influence outcomes in complex organizational structures and lead executive-level meetings. Demonstrated ability to coach teams, manage OKRs, and foster product maturity and innovation.
