Define and drive the execution of complex, cross-team digital experiences aligned with Optum's consumer strategy. Partner closely with business product managers, UX designers, engineers, and architects to translate business objectives and user insights into outcome-driven solutions.

Lead AI-accelerated product development, responsibly integrating AI into consumer experiences to enhance speed, quality, and member outcomes. Develop and support multi-quarter product roadmaps, assessing feasibility, dependencies, and costs. Ensure clarity in requirements and success metrics, and drive execution across multiple teams, managing risks and dependencies effectively.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in technical or software product management, with a proven track record of delivering complex digital products using modern methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence diverse teams, including business, UX, engineering, and data. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguous and complex environments with cross-portfolio dependencies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
