This role is pivotal in defining and implementing the enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategy. You will establish robust frameworks, governance standards, and best practices for large-scale requirement engineering initiatives. This includes leading efforts involving BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, and User Stories, alongside driving business process transformation.

Key responsibilities include setting enterprise standards for documentation, traceability, validation, and change management. You will also establish governance for backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. Guiding teams on Agile analysis practices, business process modeling, and solution evaluation is crucial. Identifying and mitigating requirement-related risks, gaps, and business challenges will be a core function. Furthermore, you will champion the adoption of AI-assisted business analysis tools to enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness while ensuring compliance and security.
