We are seeking a Technical Product Associate Architect to lead product strategy and shape the future of our AI-driven platform. Lead the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to launch and iteration, owning the roadmap and ensuring alignment with broader platform goals. Conduct thorough user and stakeholder research to identify high-value problems and prioritize feature development. Translate complex needs into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans, turning real delivery patterns into scalable product capabilities.

Collaborate with Engineering and Design to shape product architecture within the platform's multi-agent orchestration model, leveraging shared retrieval, knowledge services, and platform components. Refine shared platform standards for prompt design, evaluation, responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop patterns. Make critical product decisions regarding feature flags, rollout strategies, and adherence to tenant isolation, data boundaries, and security protocols.

Work closely with delivery teams to understand real-world use cases and streamline user workflows. Define how users interact with your product, including assistants, reusable skills, and configurable patterns. Partner with Engineering to prioritize the backlog, drive improvements in latency, quality, cost, scalability, and reliability. Define success metrics, contribute to evaluation and monitoring, and own product documentation.

Manage stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Security & Compliance, and fellow product managers. Effectively communicate trade-offs and translate between technical and business teams. Present product roadmaps, progress, and impact to platform leadership.

We are looking for a proven Product Management professional with experience shipping technical or platform products, ideally with a background in AI/ML or data-intensive products. You should possess strong working fluency in modern AI concepts, including LLMs, agents, RAG, and evaluation, with a demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps and tangible outcomes.

Essential competencies include strong collaboration skills with Engineering and Design teams, and the ability to influence without direct authority. You must be comfortable operating within enterprise responsible-AI, security, and governance constraints. Hands-on familiarity with AI tooling and agent frameworks is highly desirable. A background designing for both practitioner and leadership audiences is also a plus.
