Lead the complete product lifecycle from discovery to iteration, defining and owning the product roadmap aligned with broader platform goals. Conduct user research to identify key challenges and prioritize features. Translate complex needs into clear requirements and delivery plans, developing reusable product capabilities from real-world delivery patterns.

Collaborate with Engineering and Design to integrate your product into the existing platform architecture, focusing on multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model selection. Refine shared platform standards for prompt design, evaluation, responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop systems. Make critical product decisions regarding feature flags, rollouts, and adherence to tenant isolation and security protocols.

You should possess proven Product Management experience, particularly with technical or platform products, with a strong preference for AI/ML or data-intensive product backgrounds. A solid understanding of modern AI concepts like LLMs, agents, and RAG, along with their trade-offs, is essential. You need to demonstrate the ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps and successfully shipped outcomes.

Strong collaboration skills with Engineering and Design teams, coupled with the ability to influence without direct authority, are crucial. Experience operating within enterprise-level responsible AI, security, and governance frameworks is highly valued. Familiarity with professional services or consulting delivery models and hands-on experience with AI tooling and agent frameworks are considered advantageous.
