As a Technical PM, you will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and developing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

You will coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of requirement-related queries.

Furthermore, you will manage relationships with senior stakeholders, providing clear project updates and flagging any blockers. This role also requires the flexibility to operate as a Scrum Master within an Agile framework.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly within Capital Markets and Finance domains, with a strong understanding of Model Risk and Operational Risk areas.

A deep grasp of Agile methodologies and practical experience working within this framework is essential, along with the ability to transition into a Scrum Master role.

Technical proficiency includes strong SQL skills for complex query writing and data analysis, coupled with core Java (Java 8+) knowledge. Familiarity with Risk Management, Metrics and Data Driven Decision Making, Portfolio Management (Margins and Revenue), and Data Science/Machine Learning (including Gen AI) is expected.

Excellent soft skills, including estimations, stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration, are paramount for success in this role. While not mandatory, a certification like IIBA - Certified Business Analysis Professional is preferred.
