Sarvam is seeking a Technical Partner Enablement Manager to drive the growth of our partner ecosystem, Sarvam Circle. This role is pivotal in empowering partner engineers to build and deploy frontier AI solutions for government, enterprise, and MSME clients across India. You will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining the highest standards of technical expertise and quality within our partner network.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position, focused on the engineering core of our partner program. You will define certification processes, set quality benchmarks, and ensure partners can independently deliver successful engagements. Your efforts will directly amplify Sarvam's reach and impact by enabling a robust and capable partner ecosystem.

As the Technical Partner Enablement Manager, you will own the technical relationship with key partner firms, ensuring their engineers achieve high levels of certification and deliver quality solutions.

You will architect and implement the partner certification program, defining rigorous standards for engineers before they engage with Sarvam deployments.

Furthermore, you will develop comprehensive enablement strategies, including playbooks, tooling, and training, to equip partner teams for independent development on the Sarvam stack.

Key responsibilities include translating Sarvam's platform capabilities into actionable resources for partners, shaping their involvement in engagements, and leading initial co-delivered projects to ensure partner readiness. You will also manage a regular review cadence with partners to track progress, identify risks, and maintain quality across the partner base through scorecards and corrective action plans.

We are looking for experienced technical leaders with a minimum of 6 years of experience, ready to take on a lead role. Ideal candidates possess a deep understanding of how systems integrators and consulting firms operate, including their engineering dynamics and quality considerations.

This role demands strong technical acumen, allowing you to review implementations, anticipate issues, and engage confidently with partner engineering leads. You should have a proven track record in building scalable enablement programs, certifications, or training initiatives that foster technical proficiency in others.

Familiarity with agentic AI, LLMs, and production-level deployments, including the importance of evaluations and potential scaling challenges, is essential. The ability to guide engineers new to agent development to competence is a key expectation. You must be comfortable establishing processes from scratch and holding firm on quality standards even under pressure.
