Seeking a seasoned Technical Oracle Health Project Manager to spearhead Oracle Health Millennium projects. This role focuses on technical delivery, resolving issues, enhancing operations, and ensuring positive client outcomes. You will manage project timelines, coordinate diverse teams, monitor risks and dependencies, and uphold governance standards to achieve project goals within scope, schedule, and budget. This is a contract position ideal for a hands-on project manager with substantial healthcare IT experience and familiarity with Oracle Health Millennium environments.

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical resources, subject matter experts, and client stakeholders to drive successful project execution. Diligently track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, action items, issues, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. Provide clear and concise project status reports, including executive summaries, dashboards, risk mitigation strategies, and decision points. Facilitate project meetings, technical sessions, stakeholder updates, governance reviews, and escalations. Ensure accountability within project teams for timely completion of commitments and actions. Create and maintain essential project documentation, presentations, reports, and governance materials. Proactively support the identification, escalation, and resolution of complex technical, operational, and client-impacting issues. Uphold project governance standards, operational processes, security requirements, and organizational policies. Contribute to Oracle Health implementation, migration, optimization, and transformation initiatives across clinical, technical, and operational domains.

A minimum of 5 years of project management experience is mandatory in healthcare IT, consulting, technical delivery, or healthcare operations. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, technical and business teams, and cross-functional workstreams. Demonstrable experience in managing project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and executive-level reporting. A strong understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture, workflows, implementation processes, or operational environments is crucial. Experience within healthcare technology, clinical systems, healthcare operations, or large-scale healthcare transformation programs is required. Excellent project planning, execution, governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills are essential. Proficiency in risk management, issue management, dependency tracking, change management, and escalation management is necessary. Strong skills with SharePoint administration, document management, Microsoft PowerPoint, project reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations are expected. Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in fast-paced, complex, and highly regulated environments is key. Outstanding communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this role.
