Seeking a seasoned Technical Manager with extensive experience in PLM Windchill solutions to lead complex projects. This role demands a strong understanding of Windchill customization, configuration, and migration, along with adjacent product suites and related applications. The ideal candidate will drive best practices in solution design, technical documentation, and implementation of customer-specific standards.

This position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in integrating Windchill with various upstream and downstream systems, including CAD, ERP, and MES. A solid background in DevOps (CI/CD) and proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Lead and manage large, complex Windchill suite applications, ensuring hands-on expertise in customization, configuration, and migrations.

Provide strong leadership in Windchill PLM, ThingWorx, and related product functionalities, including Issue Management and R&RM.

Drive solution design, configuration decisions, and technical documentation, bringing industry best practices to the team.

Oversee the implementation of customer-specific practices and standards, and ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream applications.

Manage offshore teams, coordinate quality deliverables with onsite stakeholders, and collaborate with integration and data migration leads.

Define work plans, schedules, and budgets, leading personnel for deployment per sprint targets. Work closely with customer functional teams to clarify requirements and facilitate application development.

A minimum of 12-15 years of experience is required, with substantial work on large and complex Windchill applications.

Must possess hands-on experience in Windchill customization, configuration, and migrations.

Demonstrated expertise in Windchill PLM, ThingWorx, and adjacent applications like Issue Management (CAPA, NC) and R&RM is crucial.

Strong exposure to solution design, configuration, and technical documentation, coupled with people and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in integrating with systems such as CAD, ERP, MES, MDM, and PIM is necessary.

Experience with DevOps (CI/CD) and a strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies are essential. Must be adept at managing cross-functional teams and ensuring deliverable quality.
