We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead with over 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation to join our team. This role requires a strong background in API and UI testing, proficiency with Selenium, and experience in testing REST/SOAP services. You will be instrumental in building robust automation frameworks using languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.

This position demands hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, Shift-Left testing, and Continuous Testing practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to define and drive comprehensive QA strategies, establish quality standards, and monitor key quality metrics. Experience with emerging technologies such as AI-led testing and GenAI tools, including GitHub Copilot, is highly desirable.

Lead the Quality Assurance efforts, defining and implementing effective test automation strategies.

Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript, ensuring high code quality and reusability.

Drive the adoption of CI/CD, Agile, Shift-Left, and Continuous Testing practices to enhance product quality and release velocity.

Establish and track key quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Conduct thorough defect analysis, identifying root causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.

Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

Collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality goals.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.

Expertise in API and UI testing, with strong skills in Selenium and testing REST/SOAP services.

Proven experience in building automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Solid understanding of CI/CD, Agile, Shift-Left, and Continuous Testing principles.

Demonstrated ability to define and execute QA strategies, standards, and metrics.

Experience with AI-led testing, GenAI tools, and GitHub Copilot is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in defect analysis, root cause identification, and test optimization.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or PCF is preferred.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities are essential.
