Join our Testing Services team as a Technical Lead and drive the quality of our ServiceNow platform. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and reliability of our ServiceNow modules and applications through robust testing strategies and execution.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead automation efforts, validate releases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Develop and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure comprehensive coverage. Validate ServiceNow modules, workflows, and custom applications across various releases and upgrades.

Create and maintain regression test suites, meticulously log and track defects, and provide release readiness recommendations. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to integrate quality assurance seamlessly into the SDLC. Drive test automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and coverage.

Contribute to test strategy and planning, and utilize version control and test management tools effectively. Experience with Playwright or Selenium is a significant advantage for this role.

Proficiency in ServiceNow Testing and the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is mandatory. Strong skills in Functional & Regression Testing, Defect Management, and Test Planning & Execution are essential.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments is required. While Playwright and Selenium automation frameworks are highly desirable, knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, API testing, and enterprise ServiceNow implementations is also preferred.
