This position requires a strong background in automation framework development, comprehensive chatbot testing strategies, robust API automation, and seamless end-to-end system integration. Your expertise will directly contribute to accelerating our development lifecycle and elevating the overall quality of our chatbot offerings.

Architect, build, and sustain sophisticated automation frameworks specifically for chatbot and conversational AI applications. Develop and deploy automated test scripts covering UI, API, backend systems, and intricate chatbot workflows. Scrutinize chatbot interactions, intents, entities, contextual logic, and enterprise system integrations for accuracy. Execute comprehensive end-to-end testing across interconnected applications and services. Partner with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners to grasp requirements and shape effective automation strategies. Identify and implement new automation opportunities to consistently boost test coverage and execution efficiency. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and testing. Diagnose defects, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform thorough root cause analysis. Generate detailed test execution reports, insightful dashboards, and key quality metrics for stakeholder communication. Provide essential support for release validation, regression testing, and ensuring production readiness.

Demonstrate extensive experience in Automation Testing utilizing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. Possess practical expertise in API Automation with tools like Postman or Rest Assured. Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript. Exhibit a solid understanding of chatbot testing principles and conversational AI platforms. Showcase experience in validating chatbot intents, entities, conversational flows, and natural language processing (NLP) responses. Maintain a strong grasp of API integrations, microservices architecture, and backend validation techniques. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions is required. Working knowledge of Git for version control and proficiency in Agile methodologies are essential. Competence in SQL and database validation methods is necessary. Previous experience with defect management tools like JIRA is expected. Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in Automation Testing and Quality Engineering, with proven expertise in chatbot testing.
