Lead Salesforce platform customization using declarative tools and custom development. Implement Apex, Visual Force, and Lightning components (Aura, LWC). Integrate Salesforce with other systems using SOAP and REST web services and Salesforce APIs. Perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes on the Salesforce.com platform. Utilize Salesforce AppExchange for app integration and maintain expertise in SOQL & SOSL. Manage large datasets and implement bulkification strategies. Provide technical guidance and training to team members, fostering best practices. Ensure proactive client satisfaction and project goal achievement.

Requires 7-9 years of experience with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning customization using declarative tools and programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Extensive experience with Apex, Visual Force, and Lightning components (Aura, LWC) is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Visual Flows, and Approval Process is required. Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST web services, along with SOQL & SOSL languages, is necessary. Experience with deployment tools (Workbench, GitHub, VS Code, ANT Tool, change sets) and methodologies like Agile Scrum is preferred. Ability to understand business requirements and communicate effectively with clients is crucial. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.
