Drive enterprise application integrations across the APAC region, ensuring seamless connectivity and adherence to diverse banking requirements. This role involves coordinating with banks and internal teams, providing expertise on payment methods, and ensuring robust monitoring and support for daily integration health.

Focus on implementing and maintaining secure data transmission and storage practices, supporting audit needs, and collaborating with InfoSec and Risk teams to uphold compliance. You will also play a key part in project delivery, including new bank onboarding and process standardization, while identifying opportunities for automation and maintaining comprehensive integration documentation.

Ensure integrations comply with APAC country-specific banking needs, including cutoffs, holidays, and local clearing systems. Coordinate onboarding and testing with regional banks and stakeholders across various time zones. Provide guidance on APAC payment methods and their mapping to Kyriba/Workday configurations. Monitor daily integration health, troubleshoot failures, and perform root-cause analysis across multiple systems. Ensure secure transmission and storage of banking files, supporting audit requirements and compliance with internal policies and regulations. Lead or contribute to APAC rollout projects and identify automation opportunities for improved straight-through processing (STP). Maintain integration documentation, including mapping specs, interface control documents, and test plans.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury/banking integrations, payments, or ERP/TMS integration support is essential. Proficiency with Kyriba for connectivity, payments, bank statements, formats, and troubleshooting is required. Hands-on experience with Workday in a finance or payments context, preferably with Workday Financials, is necessary. Strong understanding of payment and statement standards such as ISO 20022 (pain.001, pain.002, camt.053/054) is expected, with familiarity with MT940/942 being a plus. Experience with integration transport and tooling including SFTP, PGP, certificates/keys, APIs, and/or middleware platforms (e.g., MFT, iPaaS) is crucial. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot across systems using logs, file comparisons, mapping validation, and bank feedback is required.
