This position is based in Hyderabad and requires a minimum of 6 years of IT industry experience, with a significant focus on Salesforce technologies. We are seeking a motivated individual who can drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities include translating customer requirements and gap analysis into robust technical designs, ensuring adherence to SFDC design patterns. You will lead and mentor SFDC production support engineers, identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce incident volumes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on system stability, performance, and support effectiveness. You will also serve as the primary operational contact for business stakeholders and Salesforce product owners, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication throughout project lifecycles.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as B.Tech or equivalent, is required, along with 6-7 years of IT industry experience, including at least 4 years specifically in SFDC. Demonstrable hands-on experience with SFDC LWC, Sales Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud is essential, complemented by 2+ years of integration experience.

Proficiency in SFDC (Apex, VF, Webservices, Integration) and Salesforce Lightning is critical. Strong communication and client interaction skills are a must, alongside a solid understanding of SFDC classic and lightning platforms. Familiarity with Omni studio, best practices, governor limits, security models, and DevOps processes is also expected.
