Lead the technical direction for enterprise applications, focusing on the APAC banking sector. This involves supporting multi-country operations across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, India, China, and Korea.

Ensure seamless integration and functionality of SWIFT connectivity models and manage bank onboarding processes. Provide expertise in treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank account management, and payment controls.

Utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira for effective incident and change management, adhering to formal release protocols. Drive technical excellence and contribute to the robust performance of our application suite.

Demonstrated experience supporting multi-country APAC banking operations is essential. Familiarity with SWIFT connectivity models and bank onboarding procedures is a must.

Proficiency in treasury operations, covering cash positioning, bank account management, and payment controls. Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira) and formal change/release management processes is required.

Key competencies include integration troubleshooting, structured problem-solving, and effective stakeholder management across Treasury, AP, IT, and banking partners. Strong documentation discipline for ICDs, runbooks, and test evidence, coupled with excellent cross-time-zone communication skills, are vital. A solid risk/control mindset for payment processes is also a key requirement.
