This role focuses on providing essential production support and operational ownership for Oracle EPM Cloud applications. Key areas include EPBCS (Planning), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close), EPRCS (Narrative Reporting), and PCMCS (Profitability & Cost Management). The objective is to ensure smooth month, quarter, and year-end operations.

Maintaining stable operations and timely incident resolution are critical. The role also involves ensuring reliable data integrations and driving continuous improvements in performance, controls, and overall user experience.

Ensure the stability and operational integrity of Oracle EPM Cloud applications including EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS, and PCMCS.

Address and resolve incidents promptly, particularly during critical financial cycles like month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.

Manage and optimize data integrations, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance, strengthen controls, and elevate user experience.

Provide on-call and after-hours support during peak planning and close periods.

A minimum of 10-12 years of experience with Hyperion, Essbase, HFM, EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS, and PCMCS is required.

Possess at least 6 years of hands-on Oracle EPM application support experience at L2/L3 levels.

Demonstrate 6+ years of EPBCS (Planning) support, including troubleshooting business rules, calculations, job failures, performance issues, and supporting planning artifacts like forms, dashboards, and task lists.

Have 3+ years of support experience with FCCS, EPRCS, and PCMCS, focusing on production support and issue resolution.

Exhibit strong expertise in troubleshooting integrations and data loads, with a preference for experience with APIs and automation.

Familiarity with ITSM tools like Jira and Confluence, SLA management, and effective stakeholder communication during critical periods is essential.

Experience with EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, REST APIs, CI/CD deployment, EPM Cloud monthly patching, regression testing, and release management is expected.

Exposure to EDMCS, its integration with ERP Cloud, and metadata governance processes is a plus.
