We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead specializing in DevOps to oversee our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring the health, security, and efficiency of our development and deployment processes.

This position involves managing the entire lifecycle of CI/CD, from build and test to deployment, while also provisioning and maintaining cloud resources. You will play a key part in incident response and driving improvements in operational metrics.

Take ownership of CI/CD pipeline health across all stages: build, test, and deployment. Manage deployments, releases, rollbacks, and production readiness activities with precision. Provision and administer cloud infrastructure, leveraging tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Implement robust security measures for secrets, certificates, and access controls. Lead incident response, drive infrastructure recovery, and conduct thorough root cause analyses. Maintain observability dashboards using Splunk or New Relic for proactive monitoring. Integrate SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning into CI/CD workflows. Empower teams with self-service deployment capabilities and mentor them on DevOps best practices. Automate repetitive tasks to minimize manual effort and enhance system reliability. Champion continuous improvement by reducing Mean Time To Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time To Recover (MTTR), and mitigating operational toil.

Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, REST API's, and Jenkins is mandatory. Familiarity with tools such as Puppet, Ansible, SonaeQube, Azure DevOps, AWS-DevOps, and Kubernetes is preferred. Strong understanding of Release and Deployment processes, IT Infrastructure, and Systems and Software Life Cycle Engineering. Experience with Requirements Definition and Management, and Solution Design. Demonstrated ability to Think Holistically, Win the Customer, and achieve Results.
