Seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity professional to oversee the administration, engineering, implementation, and optimization of enterprise security solutions. This role focuses on Cloud Security, Identity Security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Endpoint Security, OT Security, Network Security, and DevSecOps. You will be instrumental in managing security platforms, enhancing our security posture, supporting compliance, and ensuring secure access and governance across our enterprise environments.

This is an onsite opportunity based in Noida, India, requiring a proactive approach to maintaining and improving our cybersecurity infrastructure.

Key duties include administering and maintaining security platforms like Netskope, AlgoSec, Symantec AV (OT), ADAudit Plus, GitLab, Silverfort, CyberArk PAM, and BeyondTrust. You will manage cloud security controls, web security policies, DLP, and secure access solutions, alongside implementing and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls.

Responsibilities also encompass designing and managing privileged account onboarding, password rotation, session monitoring, vault management, and access governance. You will configure adaptive authentication, MFA, privileged access monitoring, and identity threat protection. Performing firewall policy analysis, rule reviews, risk assessments, and compliance validation are crucial. Managing Active Directory auditing, privileged activity monitoring, and compliance reporting is also part of the role.

Further responsibilities include managing GitLab security configurations, user access, repository governance, runners, and DevSecOps security integrations. Conducting security tool upgrades, patch management, health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning are essential. Developing automation, operational runbooks, SOPs, dashboards, and security reports will be key. You will collaborate with various teams to address security requirements and incidents, support audit and compliance efforts, and engage with vendors for issue resolution and technical support.

A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, Security Tools Administration, IAM/PAM, or Security Operations is required. Strong hands-on experience with Netskope, AlgoSec, Symantec Endpoint Security (OT Environment), ManageEngine ADAudit Plus, GitLab Administration, Silverfort, CyberArk PAM, and BeyondTrust Password Safe & Remote Access is essential.

Proficiency in IAM, PAM, Network Security, Endpoint Security, and OT Security is necessary. Experience with Active Directory, Windows/Linux environments, and security compliance frameworks is also a prerequisite. This role demands strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, alongside experience in security governance, audit support, and process documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this position.
