We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong background in Cybersecurity to drive our vulnerability management initiatives. This role is crucial for identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks across our organization.

Lead and manage vulnerability management programs, from identification and triaging to remediation and closure. Coordinate effectively with global teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of security vulnerabilities.

Develop and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and risk scorecards to senior management. Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to communicate security posture and key metrics.

Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies, including AI-driven solutions and automation. Mentor and guide junior team members in security best practices and tool utilization.

Possess 7-9 years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity, or Risk Analysis. Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with tools like Qualys, Nexus IQ, Fortify, Splunk, and Power BI.

Have a solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) along with their associated vulnerability management aspects. Familiarity with industry standards such as PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, and OWASP is essential.

Exhibit strong knowledge of AI-driven vulnerability management, automation, GenAI, and scripting languages like Python. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
