Seeking an experienced SRE/Middleware & DevOps Engineer to ensure the high availability, reliability, and performance of critical production systems. This leadership role requires deep expertise in middleware platforms, CDN technologies, observability tools, and automation, coupled with strong leadership capabilities.

The position involves guiding a team, partnering with stakeholders, and managing production incidents to drive end-to-end problem resolution.

As a Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the stability of our production environments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing middleware platforms such as Weblogic, Tomcat, Apache, and Nginx, alongside CDN solutions like Akamai.

You will leverage observability tools like New Relic and Splunk for system monitoring and troubleshooting. Automation using Shell Scripting and Terraform will be key to streamlining operations. Leading a team and collaborating with customers are integral parts of this role, as is managing production incidents and driving problem management processes.

This role demands 10-12 years of hands-on experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering. A strong understanding of AWS, Nginx, Akamai, Weblogic, Tomcat, Apache, Splunk, and New Relic is essential.

Proficiency in automation tools like Shell Scripting and Terraform is required. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and UDeploy, along with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, is crucial. Familiarity with Service Now and Jira for incident and project management is also expected.
