Seeking an experienced Technical Lead in Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering with a strong background in ITSM, specifically L2 incident and P1 bridge management. This role requires significant experience in applying change management processes and tools to drive successful adoption of project initiatives.

Key responsibilities involve supporting communication strategies, conducting impact analyses, and assessing change readiness. The role also includes providing input for training programs and completing change management assessments.

This position demands a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks, managing anticipated resistance, and consulting with project teams to ensure smooth transitions. A solid understanding of ITIL best practices is essential for this role.

Develop and implement strategies for adopting changes driven by projects. Support the design, development, and delivery of effective communication plans. Conduct thorough impact analyses and assess organizational readiness for change.

Provide essential input for training programs and complete comprehensive change management assessments. Identify, analyze, and prepare tactics to mitigate potential risks. Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and address anticipated resistance.

Collaborate with and coach project teams, senior leaders, and managers. Create actionable deliverables for key change management levers, including communication, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management plans. Integrate change management activities seamlessly into project plans.

A minimum of 8 years of total experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering and ITSM. ITIL certification is a requirement for this position.

Demonstrated ability in applying change management processes and tools. Experience in supporting the design, development, and delivery of communications. Proven track record in conducting impact analyses and assessing change readiness.

Skills in providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting training programs. Competence in completing change management assessments and identifying risk mitigation tactics. Excellent communication skills are paramount for this role.
