Seeking an experienced Technical Lead to spearhead Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering initiatives. This role focuses on L2 ITSM, incident management, and P1 bridge management.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in change management processes and tools. An ITIL certification is required.

Apply change management processes to support project adoption. Develop and deliver communication strategies. Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness. Support training program design and delivery. Complete change management assessments and identify risk mitigation tactics.

Manage stakeholder expectations and resistance. Coach project teams and senior leaders. Create actionable change management deliverables, including communication and training plans. Support organizational design and define roles and responsibilities.

A minimum of 8 years of total experience is required, with at least 5 years in a relevant capacity. Expertise in incident and P1 bridge management is crucial. Experience with ITIL best practices is essential.

Strong communication skills are a must for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. The ability to manage a change portfolio and track success metrics is also key.
