You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations using various API technologies and MID Servers, performing platform enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting platform upgrades and releases. Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential for delivering high-quality solutions.

We require candidates with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, demonstrating strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and various ServiceNow scripting and configuration tools.

Essential skills include deep experience with ITSM and ITOM modules, robust knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and enterprise integrations. A solid understanding of ITIL processes, ServiceNow development best practices, and experience with Update Sets, Service Portal, and Agile methodologies are also mandatory. Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly valued.
