Seeking an experienced Technical Lead for Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our cloud and infrastructure environments, ensuring high levels of performance, security, and availability.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the integrity and efficiency of backup and storage systems, providing expert-level support for complex technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining our operational excellence and supporting critical business functions through robust infrastructure solutions.

Manage and maintain critical backup solutions like Veeam, Commvault, and PPDM, including cloud-based backup strategies. Provide in-depth knowledge of storage systems such as NetApp and Dell Power, encompassing architecture, zoning, capacity management, migration, and disaster recovery.

Expertly handle Veeam and Commvault backup architecture, troubleshooting issues, and managing upgrades. Implement and oversee various backup types including cloud, file/server, exchange archival, bare-metal, database, and virtual host backups.

Proactively resolve backup and recovery disruptions, conduct system tuning, and manage backup schedules while troubleshooting issues promptly. Perform routine disaster recovery drills and troubleshoot replication errors, maintaining all backup equipment and ensuring optimal performance and security.

Mandatory expertise in backup tools such as Veeam, Commvault, PPDM, and Cloud Backup is essential. Secondary knowledge of storage solutions like NetApp and Dell Power is required, alongside a strong understanding of storage architecture, zoning, capacity management, migration, and DR.

Detailed knowledge of RAID, SCSI, SAN, and NAS is a must. Experience with iSCSI is considered a plus. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex storage problems and deliver cost-effective, supportable solutions is critical.

This role involves vendor management and providing tier operational support for storage environments, demanding deep technical knowledge and ownership.
