Seeking a skilled Technical Lead specializing in Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering. This role focuses on AWS RDS support, requiring extensive experience with cloud services and databases. The ideal candidate will contribute to the architecture and maintenance of robust cloud infrastructure.

Manage and support AWS RDS instances, including Aurora, and related services like VPC and IAM.

Perform database administration for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle, with a focus on AWS environments.

Utilize AWS SCT and DMS services for database migration and modernization efforts.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational processes, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.

Handle parameter modifications, user access controls, and elevated access requests for RDS environments.

Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure and database issues.

Provision and configure essential security components, including key pairs, security groups, ACLs, IAM, Directory Service, and Certificate Manager.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering.

Proficiency in AWS services, particularly RDS, Aurora, VPC, and IAM.

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle databases.

Familiarity with AWS SCT/DMS services for data management.

Experience in infrastructure provisioning and configuring security components like security groups, ACLs, and IAM.

Expertise in using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation for resource management.

Experience managing Terraform pipelines for resource modifications and cluster adjustments.

Skilled in monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Splunk, and New Relic, including setting up alarms and analyzing performance trends.

Solid understanding of IaaS and PaaS services and their integration for complex solutions.
