Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead in Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering. This role focuses on leading and optimizing our cloud and infrastructure operations, ensuring high performance, security, and availability.

We are seeking an expert to manage and enhance our backup and storage solutions. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the seamless operation of critical data protection systems.

Lead the implementation and management of backup tools like Veeam and Commvault, ensuring robust data protection. You will be responsible for resolving service disruptions, performing system tuning, and executing disaster recovery scenarios. Maintaining backup policies, standards, and equipment for the backup environment is key.

Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships and provide tier operational support for storage environments. Troubleshooting complex storage issues and ensuring adherence to SLAs will be crucial. Continuous research and audits to maintain optimal performance, security, and availability of network and operating systems are expected.

Mandatory expertise in backup tools such as Veeam, Commvault, PPDM, and Cloud backup is essential. Secondary knowledge of storage systems like NetApp and Dell Power is also required.

A strong understanding of storage architecture, zoning, capacity management, migration, and DR is necessary. Proficiency in Veeam and Commvault backup architecture, including Storage Policy, Library, Media Agent, Upgrade, and Failure-Troubleshooting, is critical. Knowledge of various backup types, including Cloud, File/Server, Exchange archival, BareMetal, Database, and Virtual Host backups, along with system restores, is also mandatory.

You should possess detailed knowledge of RAID, SCSI, SAN, and NAS. Experience with iSCSI is considered a plus. The ability to troubleshoot complex storage problems and provide effective solutions meeting customer requirements and SLAs is vital.
