Seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with extensive experience in Application Packaging and Business Intelligence/Analytics to join our team. This role requires a strong background in L2/L3 technical support and a proven ability to lead complex packaging and deployment initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in BI tools and possess advanced scripting and analytical skills to drive enterprise-wide solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office and is focused on enhancing our application packaging and analytics capabilities. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth deployment and effective utilization of applications across the organization.

Lead the complete application packaging lifecycle, from authoring deployment scripts to publishing applications on enterprise AppStores for user self-service via SCCM. Develop and maintain sophisticated scripts using Wise Script, VBScript, InstallScript, and Windows Command Shell for intricate customizations. Conduct thorough technical reviews and quality assurance checks to uphold enterprise packaging standards prior to deployment.

Serve as a Business Intelligence expert, leveraging proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, and Qlik Sense. Utilize advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, data modeling, and VBA/Macros, to derive actionable insights. Apply knowledge of the ITIL framework, particularly Release and Incident Management, alongside QA and testing standards, to ensure robust processes.

A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience is required in application packaging, business intelligence/analytics, and L2/L3 technical support. Essential technical skills include proficiency in application packaging tools and scripting languages such as Wise Script, VBScript, InstallScript, and Windows Command Shell. Familiarity with SCCM for application deployment is crucial.

Expertise in BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, and Qlik Sense is mandatory. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Pivot, data modeling, and VBA/Macros, is expected. A strong understanding of ITIL processes, especially Release Management and Incident Management, along with QA and testing methodologies, is also a key requirement for this role.
