Join our team as an experienced Data Visualization Engineer specializing in Power BI and the Microsoft BI stack. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions. This role involves transforming complex business needs into intuitive dashboards and actionable insights.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in data visualization and a strong command of Power BI, DAX, and associated MSBI tools like SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS. Prior experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Analyst capabilities is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include crafting interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, developing sophisticated DAX calculations and data models, and maintaining SSRS reports for various business needs.

You will also be responsible for creating and managing ETL processes using SSIS, designing and optimizing SSAS models, and translating business requirements into effective visualization solutions. Ensuring data accuracy, performing performance tuning, and implementing reporting governance, security, and best practices are also critical aspects of this role. Collaboration with Data Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders, along with supporting UAT and production deployments, will be integral to success.

We require a minimum of 6 to 12 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization. A strong, hands-on expertise in Power BI is essential.

Advanced knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques is mandatory. Experience with MSBI technologies such as SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS, along with robust SQL and database development skills, is also a must. A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling is expected. Familiarity with report scheduling, subscriptions, and security models, coupled with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, will ensure a strong candidacy.
