Seeking a skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support. This role requires hands-on expertise in React JS, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies, particularly within a Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment.

Ideal candidates will possess strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities, along with experience in a support capacity managing business-to-business functions. This includes production data monitoring, error analysis, client communication, and in-depth issue investigation.

We are looking for individuals who can lead a team effectively, manage offshore production monitoring, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Ownership of issues until resolution, driving cross-functional team collaboration, and managing customer expectations are key aspects of this position.

Lead the development and maintenance of reusable React.js components, MFE modules, REST APIs, and microservices, adhering to scalable architecture and coding standards. Provide hands-on technical leadership for bug fixes, enhancements, and production support across both modern and legacy applications.

Analyze legacy codebases, troubleshoot complex defects, conduct root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement robust fixes without negatively impacting existing functionality. Collaborate closely with QA, Product, DevOps, Architects, and business teams to resolve defects and deliver enhancements on schedule.

Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and unit/integration testing. Support application modernization initiatives by identifying opportunities to refactor legacy components and migrate functionality to an MFE/full-stack architecture. Troubleshoot production incidents, integration/API issues, performance problems, and deployment-related challenges, ensuring swift resolution. Mentor developers, offering technical guidance on React.js, MFE, full-stack development, debugging, and legacy application support. Maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, RCA reports, and application support runbooks.

A minimum of 10 years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects is essential. Proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies is required, along with experience in Java EE and Maven.

Candidates must have strong troubleshooting skills related to the JavaScript object model and a thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, including popular workflows like Flux or Redux. Experience with Spring and other Java frameworks/open-source libraries, Spring Security, and SSO solutions is also necessary.

Familiarity with SOA and Web Services (REST/SOAP), database applications (Oracle, MySQL), and ORM tools is expected. The ability to provide sizing and scalability recommendations, resolve connectivity and deployment issues, and experience with Kanban methodology and ticket-based production support models are crucial.
