Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Java applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments. Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through best practices and code reviews. Manage production monitoring and support ticket-based models using Kanban methodology.

Minimum of 10 years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects. Proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, and cloud technologies. Strong experience with Java EE, Maven, and troubleshooting JavaScript object models. Familiarity with React.js workflows (Flux or Redux) and its core principles. Experience with Spring Security, SSO solutions, SOA, and Web Services (REST/SOAP). Knowledge of database applications like Oracle, MySQL, and ORM tools is essential. Ability to provide sizing and scalability recommendations, and resolve connectivity/deployment issues.
