Seeking a skilled Technical Lead with expertise in full-stack development, specializing in Java and React.js. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of robust web applications, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to project specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of modern development practices, including front-end build pipelines, authorization mechanisms, and code versioning. You will translate business needs into effective technical solutions and optimize application performance.

Design, develop, and implement advanced Java/J2EE applications.

Lead React.js development, ensuring strong proficiency in core principles and workflows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Resolve technical challenges through effective debugging and investigation.

Ensure all designs comply with project specifications and best practices.

Proven experience with JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.

Solid understanding of React.js workflows like Flux or Redux, and familiarity with newer EcmaScript specifications.

Experience with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.

Proficiency in Java/J2EE, with experience in designing and developing web-based applications.

Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM) and code versioning tools (Git).

Ability to benchmark and optimize application performance.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4-6 years of experience are required.
