Seeking a skilled Java Senior Developer to contribute to the full application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing support. This role involves creating high-quality, fully functional application code while adhering to industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include gathering detailed requirements, actively participating in agile planning with the Product Development team, and ensuring applications meet rigorous quality standards. You will also be responsible for writing comprehensive unit and API tests to support CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.

Develop and test robust application code. Engage in requirement gathering and propose effective solutions. Write unit and API tests for code quality and CI/CD support. Troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Collaborate with the Product Development team on agile feature planning. Ensure all applications meet high-quality standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Possess at least 5 years of comprehensive IT experience, with a strong focus on Java development. Demonstrate hands-on experience with Spring/Springboot (2+ years) and ORM frameworks (2+ years). Familiarity with middleware/service orchestration (2 years) is essential. Proven experience in performance optimization, testing, and monitoring tools. Strong understanding of common industry patterns, coding standards, and best practices. Excellent troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience with mentoring junior associates and working within large development teams is preferred, as is healthcare industry experience.
