A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects is essential. Proficiency with Spring/Spring Boot, Cloud technologies, Java EE, and Maven is required. A strong grasp of JavaScript, React.js, and associated workflows like Redux is also necessary. Experience with Spring Security, SOA, REST/SOAP services, and database applications (Oracle, MySql) is crucial. Familiarity with Kanban methodology and ticket-based support models is also expected.
