Seeking a skilled Technical Lead for application development. This role involves guiding the design, development, and support of robust web applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for creating high-quality software solutions.

Engage in comprehensive application design, development, testing, release, and ongoing support. Produce fully functional application code adhering to industry best practices.

Gather precise requirements, actively participate in discussions, and propose effective solutions. Write thorough unit and API tests to ensure code integrity and facilitate seamless deployment.

Troubleshoot and debug efficiently to optimize application performance. Coordinate with clients and onshore teams for feature planning, preferably within an agile framework. Ensure both new and existing applications meet our high-quality standards.

Requires extensive experience in developing web applications using J2EE and integrating UI components. Proficiency in Java, Spring MVC (mandatory), and Hibernate/JPA is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level web applications, web services, and RESTful APIs is critical. Strong hands-on experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Jquery, and JSP, along with the ability to write complex SQL queries, is a must.

Familiarity with common design patterns and experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven are required. Prior Medicaid domain experience is mandatory. Knowledge of AWS or MS Azure is a valuable asset.
