Spearhead AI agent development, focusing on creating sophisticated solutions using Aisera’s platform and similar agentic AI technologies. This role involves building autonomous systems that can intelligently plan, reason, and execute tasks to address complex client workflows. You will be instrumental in integrating these agents with a variety of external systems for seamless operation.

This position requires a deep understanding of AI principles and practical application. A key aspect involves translating business needs into robust technical designs, then demonstrating and refining these solutions based on user feedback. Ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of AI applications is paramount.

Develop and deploy AI agents leveraging Aisera’s platform and other agentic AI tools for real-world client workflows. Construct autonomous and multi-agent systems capable of advanced planning, reasoning, tool selection, and task execution.

Design and implement core components like RAG pipelines, function/tool calling, memory management, and agent orchestration. Integrate agents with external systems, including APIs, webhooks, databases, CRMs, and ITSM platforms, to ensure smooth workflow completion.

Optimize agent performance through expert prompt engineering and configuration tuning for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency in enterprise settings. Translate business requirements into functional and technical agent designs, conducting interactive demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

Build and maintain scalable backend services and microservices for AI applications, adhering to best practices for testing, monitoring, and CI/CD. Implement essential AI governance, security, and compliance controls, including authentication, responsible AI safeguards, and agent behavior observability.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or systems integration, with recent hands-on experience in Agentic AI and LLM delivery. Proven expertise with Aisera or comparable agentic AI platforms like ServiceNow AI Agents or Automation Anywhere is essential.

Proficiency in Python is mandatory, complemented by experience in Java and/or JavaScript, delivering clean, production-quality code. Demonstrable experience building agents using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or PydanticAI is required. A solid grasp of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, function calling, and agent evaluation methodologies is crucial.

Experience with integration technologies like REST APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines, along with authorization flows (OAuth/OIDC/JWT), is necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, and monitoring tools is expected. While not mandatory, knowledge of AI/LLM observability tooling (Langfuse, ELK) and AI governance frameworks is highly advantageous.

Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer-facing communication skills, and the capacity to work autonomously. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is required. Relevant cloud or AI certifications are a plus.
