Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for generative AI models deployed on Azure AI services and AWS Bedrock. You will be responsible for monitoring AI model performance to ensure high availability and reliability. Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate AI services into existing Spring Boot microservices. Utilize monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic for system health tracking, issue diagnosis, and resilience improvement. Assist with the deployment, scaling, and ongoing maintenance of AI models within cloud environments (Azure and AWS). Document support procedures, incident reports, and system configurations to maintain operational efficiency. Continuously stay informed about the latest advancements in AI, cloud services, and monitoring tools.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Generative AI models, including large language models, diffusion models, and transformer architectures. Hands-on experience with Azure AI services for model deployment and monitoring is essential. Familiarity with AWS Bedrock for managing and deploying foundation models in production is also required. Experience in building or supporting Spring Boot microservices within cloud environments is a significant advantage, as is proficiency with monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic. A solid understanding of cloud architecture and microservice-based applications is necessary. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with prior experience supporting AI or ML models in production environments, is expected. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key.
