Lead enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support. This role requires hands-on experience with React JS, Spring/Spring Boot, and cloud technologies, specifically within a Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills are essential for supporting numerous B2B functions, including production monitoring, error analysis, client correspondence, and in-depth issue investigation.

Key responsibilities include leading a team, managing offshore production monitoring, and providing guidance and mentoring to junior members. You will maintain ownership of issues, driving them to resolution and setting customer expectations. Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital, along with experience in Kanban and ticket-based support models.

Develop and maintain scalable React.js components, MFE modules, REST APIs, and microservices. Provide hands-on technical leadership for bug fixes, enhancements, and production support across modern and legacy applications. Analyze legacy code, troubleshoot complex defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement reliable fixes. Collaborate with QA, Product, DevOps, Architects, and business teams for timely defect resolution and enhancement delivery. Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and testing.

Support application modernization efforts by refactoring legacy components and migrating functionality. Troubleshoot production incidents, integration/API issues, performance problems, and deployment-related issues. Mentor developers on React.js, MFE, full-stack development, debugging, and legacy application support. Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, RCA reports, and runbooks.

A minimum of 10 years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects is required. Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot, Cloud technologies, Java EE, and Maven is essential. Strong troubleshooting skills in JavaScript object model and a thorough understanding of React.js core principles, including popular workflows like Flux or Redux, are necessary. Experience with Spring and other Java frameworks, Spring Security, SSO solutions, SOA, and Web Services (REST/SOAP) is expected.

Familiarity with database applications such as Oracle, MySQL, and ORM tools is crucial. Ability to provide sizing and scalability recommendations, and solve connectivity and deployment issues is needed. Experience using Kanban methodology and production support ticket-based models is required. Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment is also a key requirement.
