Hands-on exposure to CTI, IVR, Avaya PBX, Avaya Experience Platform, Cisco CTI Server, Noble Dialer, and Verint/NICE solutions is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, issue resolution, and conducting deep-dive analysis of production incidents.

Experience in B2B support environments, offshore delivery models, Kanban, and ticket-based workflows is expected.
