Seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the development of modern, responsive, and cross-browser compatible web applications.

This role involves deep expertise in MERN stack technologies and front-end development for AI/ML-powered backends. You will leverage your experience with AWS Cloud APIs, DevOps, and micro-frontend architectures to drive innovation.

Ideal candidates possess strong problem-solving skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to guide development teams while establishing robust coding practices. Domain knowledge in Life Sciences (Pharma R&D) is a plus.

Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using React JS, Node JS, and other MERN stack technologies.

Architect front-end interfaces for AI/ML backends and integrate with AWS Cloud APIs and DevOps pipelines. Develop and implement micro-frontend architectures and microservices.

Ensure deliveries adhere to non-functional requirements and schedules. Troubleshoot and resolve complex coding and design issues. Guide teams in adopting best practices and continuous learning.

A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in web application development, with strong proficiency in React JS, Node JS, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JSON, and JavaScript.

Demonstrated expertise in building front-end interfaces for AI/ML models and experience with AWS Cloud APIs, DevOps, and EKS. Familiarity with microformats, micro frontend architecture, and microservices is essential.

Hands-on experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Marklogic, and MongoDB, along with a solid understanding of the web stack. Expertise in creating automated tests and utilizing tools like GitHub Copilot is required. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and REST/JSON API design skills are crucial. Experience with Agile methodologies and design thinking is expected.
